Mingo Motel Policies 

Our rates are based per person (including children) and our rooms have a maximum occupancy, any additional guests staying in the room need to register at the front desk and pay for their stay. We do not allow guests to sleep on the floor of our rooms. Rates are subject to change without notice. All reservations are required to have an accepted Credit Card on file, full stay payable at check-in, all credit cards used to make a reservation(s) will be authorized at the time the reservation is made. Cancellations within 72 hours to check-in may be charged a cancellation fee. We may request larger group reservations to cancel two weeks in advance and may be subject to a deposit.  A deposit may be charged for Room 13 and the Yellow House. NO OUT OF TOWN CHECKS- NO REFUNDS for late arrivals, early departures, poor weather, or if you are invited to leave.

  • CHECK-IN TIME is 3:00 PM - CHECK-OUT TIME is 11:00 AM - Any late checkouts must be arranged with motel management or a full day will be charged.

  • QUIET TIME is between the hours of 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM - Please be courteous to other guests. Any loud or disruptive guests will be invited to leave without refund. All guests are required to contact the Mingo Motel in the event of a check-in time past 7:00 PM. 

  • Other than what is provided,  WE DO NOT allow any other form of cooking inside or outside of the rooms, (BBQ's, portable cook tops, etc...) NO CANDLES OR OPEN FLAMES ALLOWED

  • In consideration for the Mingo Motel, agreeing to rent a room or House, I (we) hereby agree to these terms as set forth; A cancellation fee may be charged for cancellations made within 72 hours of the reservation. NO SMOKING ( no smoking in or near building/ rooms) smoking is allowed in the designated area ONLY, and all associated trash will be disposed of in the provided receptacles. Pets may be allowed with a $25 NON-refundable deposit and a $100 hold on an accepted credit card to be released after check-out for possible damages caused by pet. Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms for any period of time. Should these terms be violated by a guest, the rental agreement shall be automatically terminated, and the guest shall forfeit all rents paid, I (we) agree to pay a damage/ cleaning penalty of $100.00 minimum for the violation of this policy, for destruction of property and/or in the event of an excessively dirty room: a $25.00 replacement fee will be charged if a key is lost or missing. Should any dispute arise from a violation of this agreement, venue for any lawsuit shall be held exclusively in Wallowa County, State of Oregon. The prevailing party, in any legal dispute, will be entitled to recover their reasonable attorney fees. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents and injury to guest(s) or the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Mingo Motel is concerned about the quality of the accommodations and we appreciate your comments and suggestions.
